I have a boy f living far away. Due to his attitudes, I thought that he disregarded me, thus I proposed friendship if he couldn't explain his attitudes.
In his email reply, he appologized for things he did and said: "but we can be friends or?". Then I replied him and forgive him, proposed to be lovers again and asked for his opinions.
What did he mean by OR?
Should I send him sms to ask him check email or just wait? (note: i don't want to call him, and don't know when he checks email)

You have to ask him what he meant or you will never know. Communication is very important in a relationship.

Well, I agree with the guy that said that "If you love someone you have to set them free. If they come back, they loved you, if they don't it was never meant to be." or something like that.
You are in a difficult position and I can't give you a precise advise for I do not know what you mean by "disregard". I say that a relationship on the letter or e-mail does not really work. "Far from the eyes, far from the heart." that is what I think.
Better put the heart at peace and stop thinking about him...

Well...the only advice I can think of would be to quote my mom's old sampler (stop me if you've heard this one before):
"If you love somebody, set them free. If they come back to you, they're yours. If not, they never were."
Or as she'd always say:
"If it was meant to be, it'll be, kiddo!"
Now, most likely, when your boyfriend asked, "But can we be friends or..." he really meant, "Will we keep having sex or keep it platonic?" Myself, I've been with my girlfriend for a long time -over ten years (we don't believe in marriage or bringing kids into this f--ked up world)...we've had our ups and downs, but I define myself as an 'atypical male'...I get an "A" in fidelity; I am a big believer in women's rights and independence and I get neither jealous nor possessive. I have way more respect for women that I do for men. Don't get me wrong; 99.8% of men really ARE scum -blame the penis- but I pride myself on being the exception to the rule.
Hope that helps...

How can you be lovers in the sms or internet? I suspect you haven't even met the guy yet. Get a life for Pete's sake.
