USAF-Will the sponser have to move out of base housing if they do an advanced return of dependents?

probably. No dependants means no authorization for base housing. Into the barracks you will most likely go, or be forced to live on the economy.

It all depends on the base and if there is room in barracks, housing is sometimes scarce so once dependents leave they usually make sponsor move out so they can put family into vacated house.
