To supress hunger, drink a tall glass of water before each meal. You'll eat less.

PS - minimize food that contain: high fructose corn syrup, enriched flour, Saturated Fat (animal fat) Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (ie, trans fat). Read the ingredients!

PPS - avoiding these foods will not only help you eat healthier and lose weight, but it will protect your arteries...

Bonne santé!

1-Erase from your diet: Ham Pork Red meat Bread Butter Cake Sweet Candy Fried food Preecooked Food Chips Snacks Sauces Fatty foods Alcoholic beverages Drinks with much sugar (fruit juices, but the fresh juices are fine) Too salty foods Salt and fat can easily cause water retention, that's women's 80% reasons why we are so fat. 2- Eat as much vegetables as you can, and drink at least 3 lt of water per day!! 3- Walk/ Run: two or three sessions, each session 40/60minutes, at 155 heart beats per minute. Dont force yourself to the limit, just do the movement that is aerobic. That is, you must keep the heartbeat on the 150-155 beats per minute, constantly. This is the ideal frequency to consume fat. At least for 30-40 minutes two or three times a week. Then, after each session do your abdominal workout ( 10-15 each excercise ) and stretching. 4- plan your week: diet from Monday to Saturday, and have a free Sunday. On Sunday you can eat freely without thinkin' bout your weight....But pay attention and avoid drowning in the food!! :-) 5- CONSTANT WORKOUT and DIET. You are not fat, but if you work constantly thaen you''l reach easily all your targets! enjoy!

Maisa's tip is very good. Drink as much water as you can. Don't eat "diet" products, they are just plain bad for you, won't fill you up, and are stuffed full of aspartame. All bad.
Eat whole food if you can. (ie wholegrain pasta instead of white) Same goes for bread etc.
Eat as much salad and veg as you want. Cut out refined cakes etc. Eat fish instead of beef. Get a vegetarian cookbook.
And when you are going about your day, put a little extra effort in, walk a little faster, run up the stairs, stand tall and do your kegel exercises everywhere!!

Drink a tall glass of water and eat 1 apple before every meal. Also try to include as much salad in your diet as you can stand.

1 rule of thumb is, if your really hungry you will eat anything. so that means you will eat the right food if you really are hungry.

Hi,I usually use the three hour diet, which allows you to eat what ever you want in small portions every three hours, for example:for breakfast one slice of toast with slice of cheese ..in three hours you can have yogurt..after three more hours you can have an apple...then in another three hours you can have lunch(chicken salad, tuna salad,...)and so on..
the most important thing during a diet is to enjoy every meal and taste every bite slowly...
and drinks lots of water ,and make sure you have your daily vitamin...I hope this works for you

Before each meal drink a glass or two of water and you will eat less. I do that all the time and i always feel too full to eat my food. Also excercise before eating and it will make your metabolism work quicker!

Keep your saturated fat intake low - compare products in the supermarket and make decisions based on the nutritional content, other than that cut out the crap :-)
