Are you insane? you would think differently of somebody because of their shoes? I never heard anything so silly
since when are shoes important?..they only go on the ends of a person's feet. If you're this picky about shoes then what else are you picky about? If you look that hard you will find something wrong with everybody you meet . Then you will end up alone until you maybe run into somebody who meets every single one of your ridiculously specific criteria
which might be never
There are far more important things that can make you incompatible than your taste in shoes. Are you saying that somebody with the right shoes will do? No matter what kind of person then are..because that's just as unfathomable.

No, maybe I would just think he is not interested in clothes. Depends on the man though. If something bothers me about him, the shoes will definitely have a role.
It also depends on the shoes:). In any case I would try to find out what he thinks of them and why he is wearing them. Imagine they were a gift from his grandmother or his way to test whether you judge people by their clothes:)

Hell yes! Would't you be put off? That's not my kind of man.Work shoes or workout shoes are one thing, but if we're going out,I want a man that can dress himself and have sence enough to know to put on some decent shoes! It's not pathetic it's plain lazy! He should think more of you to dress nice for you.Unless you don't care.

<< is a man of course but wanna answer this one... By turning away a man with a hole in his shoe, you could be turning away a man that has the answers to fill the hole in your heart. Don't judge a man by his shoes because there are a lot of shoe stores in the world but not a lot of men that can do that.

No, the main thing that attracts me to a man is intelligence and a sense of humour (ah yes, he has to be cute too)...then again I have in the past gone out with a guy who was without a doubt the worst-dressed man in history...perhaps its time to rethink my ratings...lol!

yes, especially if they were really pathetic. It shows a lack of attention to detail and lack of pride in appearence. It's a small matter but important.

Yes. A gentleman is seen from his shoes and his belt, these two really matter to my test.

Love is beyond all these flimsy excuses. When there is true love everything looks good and with love and humility things are corrected/condoned.Remember pleasantness is the hallmark of all relationships. Look and see beyond your nose. God help you.
