Have you prayed on this? If your pastor is a 'womanizer" he would be having affairs and very much out of the will of the Lord. The Word is very clear about how to handle a brother in Christ who is in sin. First pray. Alone with your spouse if you have one,and with your prayer partners. If you don't have one, someone you respect not to gossip, and that you know to be Godly. Then if you feel that the Lord has told you to, go to your pastor one on one, and talk to him. Let him know this is a concern. If it still continues (always in prayer) go again with a few elders if you have them in your church, or core group if you don't. Approach him once again. If it still continues then you may have to take stronger actions.
A church is built by the Lord, and if God has called you there, you have a reason to be there. What empty spot will you cause by leaving. Will Satan have victory In causing strife division and anger in your church? Make sure that you act Godly and with Love. Don't let the enemy win. Uphold your pastor in prayer always, as we are commanded in the Word. Be blessed in the Lord

i just read some of your other questions and realized you are a lady. please don't go by your self to talk to this man, but always with a spouse or a prayer partner. pray that God give you wisdom and spiritual eyes to see.

No. Don't move to another Church. If all the people in the Church did that when they were unhappy God's Kingdom on earth would suffer because that specific Church will close down. Report him to the elders as it says in the Scriptures. If he has a problem he needs to confess it and decide if he wants to continue with his ministry. If the elders do nothing go higher. Only once you've exhausted all your obtions should you start looking for another Church. Good luck and God bless.

If you feel that he is acting improperly toward you, then you should find another church. You might be misinterpreting his friendliness for flirting, but there is a possibility that he IS flirting. If he truly is, he is flirting with disaster. You have to remember that pastors are still human beings and still have the same sexual urges that the rest of us do. The last perfect man on earth was Jesus.

As long as the pastor flirts and does nothing more - there is really nothing wrong with this - he is a human being. If he did inappropriate things - such as touching people or touching himself, then I would raise eyebrows.
If he seems to flirt 24/7, then I say he has a problem, but if he flirts only every once in a while, then that is fine as long as the circumstances don't merit him acting more professionally.

The true Church of Jesus is purely spiritual. The majority of pastors totally misrepresent the teachings of Jesus because they are not themselves a spiritually transformed people. Jesus said to call no man master or teacher -- and that we are all brothers and sisters -- because if you follow in TheWay, then the inner "narrow gate" to the Kingdom ( http://GateOfEden.com ) will begin to open, and you will be able to enter within the Holy of Holies and into the True Church of Christ that is within you. Most pastors who cling to manmade doctrine, keep the people shackled to the ignorance of this world.

If i don't like the pastor ,yes i would go to another Church or complain to the Church as a whole.
Maybe the women are teasing him or dressing in sexy or inapropriate cloths, after all he is a man.

I would find another church or what you can do is try to contact some kind of personal or something, or have a vote to suspend him with a petition, if other members are willing to do this or not.

He shouldn't even be flirting the 1st place. The thought of it is already wrong to begin with. Go report it! God bless...
