we are working for the university which teach visual arts. we are arts instructers.

If they are interested to see your office... show them arround.. introduce them to your collegues when you do that. Order pizzas. Ask them what they would like to do next if you dont have any other plans.
You didnt mention whether they were just visiting of joining the office as employees. Whether they are going to do business with you or just friends wanting to see your office.
