My condolences to you and your family, her near and dear ones.
I am sure that that's exactly the way she would want it, because it would cause her discomfort to know that someone could be neglecting their lives and duties to spend time with her.

Love, specially for a grandmother, even if not expressed verbally or by those kind of actions is definitely felt by them, as is their love for us.

I am sure that she must have lived a full life and over the past century seen exciting times-she was born about time man took to the skies for the first time, horse carriages were a norm, to the modern way of life, of excitement, two world wars, Korea, Vietnam, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Iraq........................, space travel, moon, Mars, Halley's comet, Hale-Bopp, radio, television
just think of human achievements, the build up to the modern age, the experiences that she must have had! She's had the best of both worlds!

And I am sure that from somewhere up there she must be smiling and touched when she sees the concern you've expressed in not telling her that you loved her too often. As I said don't worry, grandparents understand the love and concern you feel for them, without being told!

Condolences. America is the busiest country in the world, and we spend more time in a car than anywhere else. I also always wonder how families can go for so long without contacting each other. I see it all the time. It happens pretty easily but we can learn from our prior experiences...Personally, I don't have any family, so I don't really have to contact anybody. In the end, I hope more in America will spend less time caught up in the scene and more time with family.

We always assume that our loved ones know we love them, and since there is no special occassion to tell them our feelings, we usually don't.

Since the death of a loved one is so painful to think about, we tend to avoid thinking about it. We do this by telling ourselves: "I don't need to visit grandma today, because I can visit her tomorrow or next week, if I want to", the message being "She'll live forever, so she'll always be available to visit. I refuse to acknowledge any other possibility."

Don't feel guilty over having visited her less than you should have -- you are simply human, like the rest of us. And I'm sure she knew you loved her, even if you didn't say it.

My condolences on your grandmother's death.

yes, all too busy, we spend so much time and energy trying to learn new things, meet new people in the bar, on the net etc., forgeting that some times the true love and the real connection is just in our family

hi, Grandmother is the wiser, more desirable mature female aspects of self. a opt to be pampered and spoiled. ought to characterize passage of time or previous, out dated attitudes and behaviors. in case you dream of your grandmother that has died, it ought to actual be a contact dream!. The souls of others will visit us in our objectives, it truly is their way of letting you keep in mind that they too are wondering about you. So her nostril kept on operating..only quessing, she "is familiar with" some thing. Did you ask her a query till now she died? wish that helps, and sturdy objectives to you :)
