no body is there to answer your question and ther is no answer since last 2 hrs will itself tell you that the question is not clear.
a clean person in society will mean who is less corrupt and has clear ideas same will be the case with politicians

I would think if your research were truly valid, I would expect you could spell "minimally" correctly.
