It depends on how often you see you anyway. If she's someone that lives close to you then you're going to have to be up front and honest with her. Find a way to get her in a neutral environment like a park during the day (not night) and tell her how you feel. Start with saying that you have something serious to tell her and you're there because you do respect her. Then tell her how you feel. Don't be so thoughtless to tell her you "want her out of your life" but do tell her something like, "I been reflecting back on things and I'm sorry to tell you that I just don't have the feelings for you that you deserve and I don't think I will." Put things in your own words. Unless she's a psycho she will be hurt but eventually grateful for your kindness.
If she lives a long distance away then you can still do the same as mentioned above but over the phone. If she doesn’t understand then you can always change your phone number. Either way, be kind. She’ll feel respected and you’ll be able to look at yourself in the mirror as a man with class.
So, avoid dumping on her and making her feel worthless. Remember, just because she wasn’t “The One” for you doesn’t mean she won’t be for another. Good luck!

Be a man about it. Tell her straight up that I've thought things over and I'm not interested in taking things any further. I dont think it would be fair to just leave her hanging. I wouldnt want to string her along & keep her from potentially meeting someone that would be more her type.
