It is what you make of it. You can't run away from it because everywhere you go, there you are. You're the only one that can help yourself- nobody will do it for you. I'm an addict dealing with the same situation you are, unfortunately I'm not ready or willing to stop yet. If you are, I'm both proud of you and jealous. You asked "how do I completely hop this" but only you know how your body and mind works. Surround yourself with people who are a positive influence on you and eliminate the people from your life that have been negatively influencing you in the past.
Then again, looks who's talking (yea, my actions speak louder than my words).
Good luck. Let me know what you've decided as time goes on that could potentially help me as well.

Is what you are looking at illegal? Is it perverted? Do you feel bad about yourself after you look at it and do whatever you do?

If you said yes to these questions then you need to go to the mental health clinic and get some help from someone more educated than I am about this kind of stuff. Maybe a doctor could give you some medication and recommend a schedule of council sessions for you and get you where you want to be.

be your own best friend on this one. If you wouldn't let someone you love be self-destructive, then look for ways to keep yourself from doing the same. Some days will be harder than others, but avoid the triggers, and eventually you will find more stregnth in yourself. Reach out and get help. You owe it to yourself. Good luck!
