It's said all the time. Men are all dogs. All men are the same. Let us say we agree with them, because they aren't all that wrong. Now what? If women already know we are all alike, why do they act so surprised? Because it is that one shred of hope that they might find the one that stands out. The one that won't be like the last. The one that will sweep them off their feet. The one that they deserve. You keep your chin up and be respectful of females and you will wind up with what you yourself deserve. A woman that stands apart from the rest. A woman that isn't like all the rest. A woman that is deserving and in equal need for a man and partner like yourself. Be cool.

Not that I think it's right or fair, but I think it is simply because once you put yourself into a bad situation once, or several times, you are terrified it is going to happen again, so it's easier just to stay away from the situation all together, or we jump in and are terrified that the same thing will happen again. If you rode the bus and got into a bad accident, you would be a little apprehensive to ride the bus again wouldn't you? I know that was a stupid examply, but it's the best I could come up with atm.
