Mat 12:32 And whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him. But whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, either in this world or in the world to come.
Mar 3:28 Truly I say to you, All sins shall be forgiven to the sons of men, and blasphemies with which they shall blaspheme.
Mar 3:29 But he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never shall have forgiveness, but is liable to eternal condemnation.

Let's look at the context of this portion of the scripture this has been taken from: Mark 3:20-34.
The story starts with Jesus having entered a house with his disciples to eat, and before they were able to have dinner both his family said he was "crazy" and the teachers of the law said "he's possessed by Beelzebub, the prince of demons lets him drive out demons".
Jesus response to this was "How can Satan drive out Satan? If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand... And if Satan opposes himself and is divided, he cannot stand; his end has come. Jesus, then provides the parable of the only way to rob a strong man's house is by typing up the strong man first. (This directly applies to the accusation if you have ears to hear it).
These TWO verses 28-29 should not be separated, in my humble opinion.
I tell you the truth, all the sins and blasphemies of men will be forgiven them. But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of a sin that continues forever." He said this because they were saying, "He has an evil spirit".
In this he was pointing out to them that they need to be aware of how serious their claims were and that there were consequences for making them.
It comes down to this... If God is the creator of the earth and man, and the Bible is his revealed word which includes his plan of salvation for the world... His Son dying for all the sins of everyone in past, present, and future of the world... covering them with his blood so that God can now see them as forgiven and holy, and place his Spirit in them to become his very children...then how could someone who says something against God's spirit within him... keep standing.
This is a sin after having been forgiven of turning and totally rejecting God to the utmost. It is not something done just lightly, by mistake, without knowledge or through doubting God.
I do not see this as bad news... "ALL sins that people do can be forgiven. And all the bad things people say against God can be forgiven..." This is Good news... forgiveness is available and once it is believed and received the person is set free from sin and made free to become the person they were designed to be in the first place, given the power to reach their fullest potentional and given direction to fulfill their purpose.

If this is a concern of yours personally, it's very likely that you are NOT guilty of this sin, because you're concerned enough to ask the question. I hope that I haven't been presumptuous. I found an excellently detailed answer for you at http://www.christiananswers.net/q-eden/unpardonablesin.html , which includes the statement, "It is unequivocally clear that the one unforgivable sin is permanently rejecting Jesus Christ (John 3:18; 3:36). Thus, speaking against the Holy Spirit is equivalent to rejecting Christ with such finality that no future repentance is possible." God bless you.

The un Firgiven Sin is when people heard Gospel, have heard that the only way, the only Saviour and Lord is Jesus Christ, BUT he/she push Jesus Christ as His God, as His Saviour.
This In the Book of Hebrew say the like the soil reveive rain but produce "evil things".

Didn't Jesus say that any man that shows remorse for his actions and repents will be forgiven? Besides, that sounds like something a man said. I've never heard about Jesus or God saying that you couldn't be forgiven...for anything
