Not all water bottles have that on them. Some bottles are treated and the treatment starts to seep into the water if they're overused, hence the message not to refill. As I say though, not all bottles say this so look out for ones which don't and use them instead as they're better for you anyway!

On the news one time they had a story that says the plastic in water bottles starts to break down so it's really not a good idea to re-use them. The story also said that germs tend to thrive in water bottles and even if you wash them it's hard to get them really clean.

They want you to buy more.
I only buy water in bottles when I need a new bottle, after the one I've got is past it.
Just make sure you clean the bottle top regular and you'll be ok.

they are full of germs after using once, some people keep refilling the same bottle all the time - and get sick

Actually, when people regularly refill and reuse this kind of bottle, it is susceptible to bacteria. It's for health reasons.

ppl are stupid..things that come on water bottles and food packages...most of the time were just put there so the person who made up the "warning" or whatever can get paid

Its just a means to help prevent piracy !! They want you to buy genuine products . This wud increase their sale and perhaps U'll also get god quality original stuff.
Thats all they mean by " do not refill" !!

theres nothing bad about re filling your water bottle it just says do not re fil because they want you to buy more bottled water because your making them richer
