Im a 32 year old woman and i live alone in my home, my neighboor is a grown man and i know he does this on purpose. He exposes him self with his private parts uncovered on his window and is obvious that he does that because he knows i can see him from my home just when i see him he tryes to act like he dosen't know i can see him, i try to ignore him but im getting tyred of this, what can i do?

Take pictures of him and post them on the internet with the words, "Neighborhood Perv". Or next time he does it, point at his privates and laugh uncontrollably. Or like the other person said, call the police.

Tell the police or sheriff. If you can see, so can a little kid passing by on the street. And even if not, it is harassment, and it is illegal.

my opinion is .... if your sure its not an accident then hes got some issues and you need to report it fast... if you dont it will grow to more and more things he will do... if hes doing it on purpose and your letting him get away with it
