Well there are numerous health care options available. I would first find out if she is eligible for any public assistance E.g. Medicare, or Medicaid. If she is not eligible for either then I would look into clinics that provides services based of a sliding fee scale

I would recommend looking into a study of the Bible with the local Jehovah's Witnesses. They offer their services free of charge, will come to her home, make an appointment that works with her family schedule. They won't cure her, they don't offer advice to fix problems, what they do offer is sound counsel through the Bible. This will help the mother and her family to find the skills they need to cope with the problems of their lives yesterday, today, and for all of their tomorrows. Asking for the Bible study puts her under NO obligation whatsoever. She is free to pick and choose what she does and does not agree with, do what she wants to, and stop the study whenever she wants, if she wants to. SHE IS FREE TO CHOOSE. Get surgery in India.Thats the best method.Surgery is very cheap in India.There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges surgery for foreigners in India.They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as all surgery is not covered by insurance.
They also have photos pasted of their International patients.You can checkout their website.The cost savings are incredible.As a doctor i personally believe that your surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world.The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done,you are better off getting it done in India.
my cousin got a couple of plastic surgery including liposuction procedures through the forerunners healthcare in India and is all praise for this company.She is more than very happy with the results.she just paid 30% of the amoun she was quoted in USA.hope this helps.

Look in to your community for free clinics. Check out your phone book. Set her up with medical. You can also check out a local church and see if they can help her.

every state/county has a mental health clinic you can go to. check the web or phone book under goverment or state goverment office phone numbers. also try some searchs on the web to get more info.
