Kaufland, Real, Wal-mart, etc. Just about any German grocery store sells wine and sherry. For the good sherry, see if you can find a Spanish store.

Sandeman can be bought at most larger chain grocery stores (Kaufland, Kaufmarkt, Walmart, Toom, Globus etc.) It can also be found in the foods section of Kaufhof and Karstadt.
Better sherries (eg. Tio Pepe) can be purchased at wine specialty stores like Jaques Wine Depot, as well as at wholealers like Metro or Selgros.
