front upper teeth hairline cracked after ex spent time in
the bed of "supposed best friend". Instead of punching somebody in the face, the energy was funneled into jaw
and nightmares. I suppose there is no repair, I just pray
that I might have some insurance by the time things get worse (pain/cracking).

I have AmeriPlan...just got it so I haven't used it yet. It's a discount benefits program, so it's different than insurance because you can use it immediately.

I wish I would have joined this month instead of last month, because now they are running a special for $3 a month for 3 months. There are a lot of doctors on there, including my dentist. I'd check them out.

The answer: Calcium pills. You may also wish to do some serious yoga and meditation or perhaps see a therepist about your stress symptoms before it affects other aspects of your physical and mental health. You did the right thing by asking for help but it may be more than your teeth this ex is dammaging.

I clench too...my dentist suggested eating carrots before bed, or something to tire your mouth before bed.
Although I eventually needed to get a mouth guard. My dentist made one specifically for my mouth (which I broke while I was asleep) and alot of the time I would wake up and find it in my bed...what I found was the higher my stress level the more I grind my teeth together....

Go see your dentist...

Wow what a story

These are officially called craze lines. Most people get them to some degree sooner or later. some stand out more than others. There is nothing to woory about until the enamel fracture off. You can go years with craze lines without any symptoms.

Not being Sarcastic . . . Poor Baby. Geesh. I used to grind my teeth. My sister used to grind her teeth (still? I don't know). At night only of course. I agree w/ the Calcium and Yoga person.

Wear a mouth guard while you sleep, you can buy one in any sporting goods store. Get to a dentist as soon as you can, your teeth are important.

everyone has tiny fracture lines in their teeth- i would avoid ICE crunching and biting into hard things such as peanut brittle. try to be aware when you are clenching and if it is continuing- see about wearing a night guard to protect your teeth
