I'm looking to do something nice for my gf but I feel like I've done everything already. I dont need to do anything too extravagant or expensive just something I can surprise her with to let her know i love her. Any ideas?

You could do something for her that is out of the ordinary. Give her flowers, but go hand pick them or do your own arrangement. Give her a teddy bear, but make it a build-a-bear that you made just for her. You can do something you have already done, but make it more special by personalizing it. Just the fact that you did that little bit more will show her how much you care.

u have made it difficult by saying that u have done everything already, however i belive women are never quite satisfied and i assume it holds true with ur gf too.
do something totally out of the way, absurd but not scary. something that she expects the least. maybe u have long hair and she wants u to cut it, maybe shes always wanted a kitten or a pup and u are allergic to them. there r so many things that u can do.

What if you go to her house one night, stand outside her window and serenade her? You don't have to be good at all, just make sure that you're singing a song that she likes!!! She'll definitely love you a lot after that!!!
