If you are adventurous, you can also try Lucky Chengs.. Its a drag bar. I went there one time and it was hilarious.

If you want to take her salsa dancing, there are two clubs that I have went to in NY. If you like cozy small clubs, Club Cache is the way to go. Thursdays from 10 pm - 2 am.

If you like big fancy clubs, Copacabana is one of the best in NYC.
Tuesday, Friday and Saturdays from 10 pm - 5am
They have Salsa, Bachata, and Merengue in the ballroom upstairs and Hip-Hop, House, Rock, Disco, etc.. on the bottom floor.

i love the Rock middle Cafe. that is on the decrease foyer of the Rockefeller middle complicated, top next to the skating rink. As you dine, you could watch people skate... they have a lager dinner (4 classes paired with beers) about once a month, between Feb. and October. yet i have been there for established dinners besides. you could examine their menu on-line and word if it matches your funds. Their sister eating position is the sea Grill, on the different aspect of the rink.
