Give her a nice warm bath right before bed. That's how I got my son to sleep through the night, and it's worked for these first 3 years of his life. When he does wake during the night, I DO go to him, but that's not very often. Good Luck

Limit how much the child sleeps during the day. You have to remember, 1 nap is all it takes, usually around 1 or 2 in the afternoon and only for 1 hour or so. If you start the training now, it will carry on for the rest of their lives.

Hello,
My daughter is now 14 months and u all r wrong!! The old saying goes eat when u r hungry, drink when u r thirsty, and sleep when u r tired. Thats what we do and babies r the same. Yes make sure they r full. But babies need alot of your love and attention! My husband and I have let our daughter sleep with us since she was born, yes it is hard sometimes but we love her and we have the rest of our lives. They r only little once. Remember that.

I'd also say a bit of cereal before bed, she is probably waking up b/c she is hungry...either that or she is lonely, does she have a special blanket, or stuffed animal that she hugs? If she doesn't find a soft one that she seems to like and put that to bed with her, that really helped my daughters! Good Luck

Use one of those noise machines in her room on low.. It is hard for an adult to sleep sometimes too.. Try a snack, a little bit before bed.. Nothing sweet...

God bless & hugs from Texas. {:-)

Make sure her tummy is full and that she is dry. If this isn't working then I think you need to talk to your pediatrician about it. There may be a medical issue that needs attention.
