i know its moraly bad, but when you feel as i do, you cant not.
by slowly i mean, not do anything to break a couple up, but stay in the picture with flirting and staying close and hanging out
she isnt the kind of girl to cheat on her boyfriend, or anything like that, and i dont want to push her into breaking up or doing something bad
but i want her to know that im interested, without telling her or looking sleezy/bigheaded

Get to have a close relationship with her. Find out what her boyfriend lacks in her relationship and then you should fill what she is lacking. Compliment her more than her boyfriend and try see her often but not too much! Take it slow and be nice.

You should do nothing, it seems to me, you are getting obsessed by this girl.
At least you are still thinking rationally, and are not going crazy.
Best thing, is to let time work for you.
See if you can't find another girlfriend, one that is free, at least you can have some fun dates. Who knows, it may take your mind of the other girl, who could turn out to be unattainable to you.
Just because you like her, doesn't mean she will like you in a similar fashion.
Don't put your life on hold, in the off chance that she will dump her guy and go with you.,
Maybe one day she will leave her boyfriend, then you can make your move. But what if she doesn't, will you still pine for her.
Not a good move.

Leave her alone and find another. Is your ego attempting to rule you? Many times these feelings appear when you need to fulfill your need for self-satisfaction. There may be fear of rejection from single girls who are available. Ignore what you are feeling today and deal with your insecurities. You are a heck of a lot better than you think and know. Love yourself and others will love you.

go ahead, but keep it a little low because if her bf finds out he might jump you. just tell her out when shes alone. it would be a whole lot better if you wait till she gets out of the relationship.
