I am feeling lightheaded all the time. I get nose bleeds a few times a week. I pop my ears a lot. My neck and back are stiff as heck. I have low blood preasure. It I sit on the toilet long enough I loose feelings in my feet and legs. Sometimes I feel preasure on the top of my head like I'm being crushed. I get eye strain on occasion. I have had blood tests, MRIs, ultrasounds, hearing tests. All that was found is that I have a heart murmur and TMJ. What else can it be? I really need some help here. It's been years of going to doctors.

Sounds like you feel pretty rotton, sorry. TMJ can cause dizzyness and pain, along with the neck stiffness and the neck can relate to the back. Do they know why your blood pressure is low? It sounds like there are more circulatory problems going on, have you ever had a veinogram? what about a holter monitor to check more on the heart problems? Do you monitor your own blood pressure? The pressure on your head could be a combo from the jaw and the blood pressure. It may not always be low but surging. Are you on meds? I think the nose bleeds and blood pressure are related along with all of it. It's some kind of massive circulatory problem. I think you should see a cardiologist if you haven't seen one. And you should definitely see a Electrophysiologist (EP) or Heart Rhythm Specialist – a cardiologist with specialized training in the diagnosis and treatment of heart rhythm problems.

problems in the upper neck can significantly influence the health of the tissues in the ear region, cause tinnitus, vertigo as well as the jaw joint dysfunction. The jaw joint joint itself can be malfunctioning which could cause ringing in the ears, vertigo, etc. Prednisone rarely works and certainly does nothing to address the underlying cause of the symptoms you describe. While you are waiting for the EENT visit you may want to consult a chiropractor that is trained in the area of TMJ dysfunction and treatment. Quite often, barring any pathology, these problems can be relatively simple compared to the medical merry go round.

The low blood pressure alone can explain quite a few of the symptoms. I used to have such low blood pressure that I had fainting episodes fairly frequently. Do they know why your pressure is so low?
