At a wild guess, do you mean that when your boyfriend calls you at night, and asks if your naked, and you say yes, and you aren't naked. Then you feel guily about lying to him.
Well if that's the case, then don't feel guilty, he is just trying to get off, on the thought of you being naked, when he talks to you.
Lie all you want, he won't know or care about it. It's all in his mind anyway.
So just relax.

Well if that is what your question is, then you shouldn't get naked if you feel guilty about it.
