I'm sure it would. Because if you laugh when you have drank through your mouth it comes out your nose.

I think you'd end up swallowing most of it (or choking on it). Yeah, you'd probably cough it up. It wouldn't kill you though unless you kept inhaling it. That's just silly. I suppose there is a chance you could get it into your lungs and get a bacterial infection or something similarly ridiculous. It would be the same thing as if you went swimming and accidently inhaled water.
