I am being checked for apnea does anybody kow if it causes circulation problems?

yes it can and other problems can cause the apnea too. What other problems are you having? Swellings? pain?

I believe it does cause some circulation problems as well.

It is partially because of circulation problems in the pulmonary veins that apnea develops.

probably the oposit, bad circulation might cause apnea., and or a variety of other probles

Yes it does. If you are not breathing properly your blood and oxygen are not circulating properly.
