you could just tell any opinion about Chinese food if you've had it before.

I love it! Garlic chicken is my favorite. I don't like soy sauce by itself, but I love the different sauces made with it. Egg drop soup is good...hot & sour soup is not! I truly thought years ago that I would hate it because of soy sauce, but I tried it and now it is the first place I pick when eating out! I love the little black Chinese mushrooms, but I hardly ever see them...I'm told they are expensive and most people leave them on their plate not knowing what they are, so they don't use them as much.

Love Chinese food!!! The only problem I have with it is that it is high in carbs and carbs don't stay with me. My husband and I both have that problem. We can eat until we feel like bursting and an hour later be hungry. But I will eat egg fong yong, sweet and sour pork or chicken (ever tried it with duck or goose -- yum!), stir fry of any kind. I will not eat Sushi (is that Chinese or Japanese?).

I like Chinese restarant food, even though it's not really authentic a lot of the times in the states. I like to cook mine at home, but I don't do a lot of seafood.

being a malaysian we have a mix of multiracial cuisines consisting of the 3 main ones which are - malay, chinese, indian.
despite the fact that i'm an indian i still have to admit that chinese food tops the list of my favourite local food list. ;)

Love it, actually ususally order from menu so that it freshly cooked and hot when it gets to you. I do not enjoy cold chinese food
