i just wanna know when i should lean in for a kiss or when the right time is to make out so i dont do it at the wrong time and look like a complete ******* idiot.

First off, you might want to avoid cursing... I'm a guy with a lot of friends that are girls and most girls I know don't find that attractive. Next, actually listen to what she's saying and be attentive to her needs. My girlfriend likes it when I can honestly look into her eyes and return her gaze without looking away. When no words are said and she closes her eyes and leans forward, meet her advance... don't force anything though, like I said, be attentive to her actions. If you do share that ever special 1st kiss, when you talk to her about it, be honest with her about how it felt. Don't say any cheap lines, a true lady can spot that b.s. from a mile away. And if it felt right, live in the moment and let her actions be your guide.

Don't over-think it, like you are now. ;) Confidence is attractive, so if she's your girlfriend she obviously already likes you and more than likely wants you to kiss her, so find a good time (when a conversation is growing quiet and you're talking about how much you enjoy each other's company, for instance) and just kiss her. Place a hand to the side of her face first, so she has some idea it's coming and you can see her reaction. And then go with it, and don't think about it to much. Just enjoy each other's company and let it happen. :)

Hahaha, sold question. I'm going to assume you are young. I always recommend starting with a kiss on the cheek when you're hugging, or perhaps kissing her hand while you hold it. You'll most definetely know when she wants you to kiss her. When that moment comes, don't shove your tongue down her throat, be gentle... and await her next move! Fail Proof!

when it is the right time you will know it!! hanging out, date, etc.. just not in public needs to just be the two of you and when you get the first out of the way down hill brother. if you are old enough go have some drinks this will l;oosen both of you up making the first easier.!!!
