I have to use the computer most every day. So my eyes are sometimes bloodshot and I feel tired. In your case, what do you do in same situation?

First of all you shouldn't stay in front of your computer more than 20 min. After each 20 min. you should stand and go away from it for a while. The other thing that I suggest you, is to eat many apples. As you know apples contain iron. Iron takes all the radiation from your organism. Also there are special monitors that have protection on them; those monitors keep your eyes less tired. Hope my advices will help you.

Adequate sleep, fresh air and wholesome food will cure your tired eyes. If you apply anything to your facial skin, wash it off before you rest your weary peepers. It may also help you to work at a job you enjoy(outside of home and family). The latter seems to work for me.

put some eye drops and close your eyes for 10 minutes.... try to see faraway things every 15 minutes after seeing near things like your computer screen. if not, go get some sleep.

Go to sleep or lay with my eyes closed. If they are really hurting, apply a cold, moist washcloth
