What God did...
Think of it this way... Imagine you're in a courtroom again, you're guilty of many serious crimes. The judge says, "It's a fine of $500,000, or prison." You don't have anywhere near that amount of money, so the bailiff begins to walk you out of the courtroom when someone you don't even know appears. He runs up to the judge with a check and says, "I've paid the fine for you." Now that the fine has been paid, the law no longer has any hold on you. You're free -- because of the gift you were given.
This is what God did for you by sending Jesus to die on the cross in your place. So that you wouldn't have to go to Hell, God sent his only Son, Jesus, to die on the cross -- suffering the punishment that justice demands. Then He rose from the grave, forever defeating death! The Bible tells us, "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on Him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16) If you will repent of your sins and put your trust in Jesus, God says he will forgive all your sins and grant you the gift of everlasting life. Just like the court case we just talked about, if you repent (that means to confess and forsake your sins) and put your trust in Jesus, then you will not have to suffer God's justice in Hell because the payment for your crimes was made by Jesus on the cross.
If you're not sure what to pray, read Psalm 51, and make it a model for your prayer. The words are not "magical," what God cares about is the attitude of your heart. When you pray, it should sound something like this, "Dear God, I repent of all my sins, such as (name them). I put my trust in Jesus Christ as Lord (to say Jesus is your Lord means you are now making Jesus the master over your life) and Savior. Forgive me and grant me your gift of everlasting life. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen."
Now read your Bible daily, and obey what you read. God will never let you down.
What should you read? We suggest that you start in the book named "John," and then read the one named "Romans." Whatever you decide to read, make sure you read every day.

FIrst of all, do you believe in what the Bible says to be true? You either have to take it entirely, or not at all. We can't pick and choose what we want from it. Now...read the following verses in the Bible: Acts 2:38, Mark 1:4, Mark 10:38, Luke 7:29, Luke 12:50, Romans 6:4, Eph 4:5, Col 2:12, Matt 3:11, Luke 3:21John 1:33, Acts 9:18, Romans 6:3-6. What do you find in common with all these verses? Baptism by water. I think that too many people rely on their "feelings". Someone gets a good feeling and says they have been saved. Don't you think that feelings can be deceiving? I know mine can. Although it is important to have feelings for God, we must do what the Bible teaches and that is that baptism is necessary for salvation. I hope this helps you or anyone else reading my comments. God Bless!!!!

That's an easy one.
Don't all religions (that believe in some form of an afterlife) think that you need to be a "good" person in order to get into heaven? Well, as you can imagine, to a perfect being like God, we ALL fall very short of this goal - not just Buddhists or Muslims or other non-Christians - ALL of us.
"Saved" doesn't mean we've got a guaranteed ticket to heaven. But it does mean we know and believe the only way to make us worthy in God's eyes is to be forgiven of our sins. Makes sense, no? Jesus is the only figure out there who offers forgiveness, so TAKE IT! Besides, He's a pretty darn smart guy.

Wow, to be saved. here is answer that most churches are afraid to give. the word saved is from the greek (Bible NT written in greek) word Sozo. it means to be delivered, protected, healed in your body, financially prosperous, a sound mind and to be born again. first step believe jesus christ died for you and then believe he was raised from the dead and then simply confess or declare that jesus is your Lord. that simple. then simply receive all he did for you. He made you righteous you no longer a sinner unworthy worm but a child of God. then ask to be filled with his Spirit and speak the heavenly language he gives you then get in the bible and renew your mind with the word, turn off everything for at least a month no tv or radio music in your spare time, unplug from the world and plug into the word. you will see a mighty change! go to www.KCM.org for more help

Confess to God that you are a sinner. Believe that Jesus died on the cross to take away your sins and rose again from the dead so that you, also can defeat death and be with him in heaven. Receive His free gift of salvation and ask God to send his Holy Spirit to you.

the only way to go to heaven is through JESUS CHRIST. He is the ONLY way. In the bible He said, "I am the truth, the way, and the Life and no one can come to the father but through me" He is the ONLY key to heaven. Invite Jesus Christ as your lord and savior and you will be saved

well what would you say if someone were to die for you? take your place for death so you wouldn't have to die and all you would have to do is ask and he would take the place. well we all have sinned right and the penalty for sin is death. so it just takes one mistake. but i know someone who took everyone's place. he was perfect and had never sinned. but this is what happend. they took him and put him on the cross and that is a very long and painfull death they whipped him and beat him and teased him. they spit on him and he almost died before he got to the cross they made him carry his own cross up but he couldn't. when he finally got up they nailed his hands and feet to the cross.they put a crown of thorns on his head and pushed it down. they also put a sign on the cross that said: this is Jesus the king of jews. now he could've stopped them if he wanted, but he wanted to save us from eternal death. and the only way that he could save us is through dieing for us. after he was dead they put him in a tomb with a rock rolled over it (becuse some of his deciples were saying that he would raise from the grave and they didn't want them to steal the body and say that he did) but on the third day he did rise from the grave. the reason why is because since he was a perfect man he didn't have any sin and sin is the reason why we die. since he didn't have any sin he couldn't die. after he rose from the grave 500 people saw him rise from the grave. now tell me this.... what would you say if someone took off with your car and 500 people saw the peoson that took your car would you believe it. well i don't know about you but i would believe. so it is the same thing, he rose from the grave and 500 people saw him that is how i know that this is true. now he went though all of this for you and he can save you from haveing eternal death instead he can give you eternal life. you can live in heaven with him. all you have to do is admit that you are a sinner and ask him to forgive you. and he will forgive you. all that you have to do is pray this prayer with me....
Dear Jesus, thank you for loving me so much when i don't even deserve to have your mercy. Lord come into my life, change me and forgive me. i believe that you are the only way to get to God and i believe that you died on the cross to pay for my sin and rose 3 days later. you are my savior and one day i will live with you forever. but while i am down here help me take a stand for you. please use me in what ever way that you want and help me make a difference and fill me with over flowing love. i love you! in Jesus' name amen.
if you just prayed that prayer you probably have a lot of questions. (and even if you didn't you might still have some questions) if you just ask us what your question is under the comments then we will right another one and we will answer all of your questions to the best of our ability. and if you are looking for a chuch home visit our church website www.celebratechrist.net and there you can get times and scheduls of different things that are going on we hope to see you there!

All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
The wages of sin is death. The gift of God is eternal through Jesus Christ our Lord.
There is no other name under heaven where mean shall be saved.
If you will believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead you shall be saved.
Call on Jesus,.ask His forgiveness.
