I always hear dads saying they will kill their daughters bf's if they get her pegnant. My own dad once said to me a long time ago "hey son, so how's it going? your gf doing alright?" and then a second later he was like " but i swear if u get her pregnant i will kill u with my own two hands! & if u run away from home, i will hunt yo *** down & then kill u with my own two hands!" LOL

its kinda funny though....

howcome the girl never gets blamed too?

Father's don't want to think of their precious innocent daughters in that way. To them their "little girl" is always a "little girl", therefore they feel the need to place the blame on someone else. Which is always...the boyfriend!

Girls do get " blamed" at home by their parents- but ultimately, it is the young lady who has to bear the most issue with her body and deciding about having a baby and taking care of it for 18 yrs.

Traditionally, boys make the first moves in the sexual arena, and should know better than to go out without their " raincoats" on- or better yet, respect the young lady enough to not get her pregnant.

Young ladies should respect themselves enough to say no. Daddies will always HATE the guy that takes his lil girl out, so, that is also something that will happen time without end.

Dad's say this because they always think of their daughter's as their little girl, their perfect angel. They think if the girl gets pregnant they have somehow been negatively influenced by the boyfriend to have sex. They do not want to think of their daughters as sexual beings who would like to have sex, it scares them to think of their daughters like that. The girl will eventually get blamed after the dad gets over the initial shock that their little girl has had consensual sex.

Having a child changes everything! It adds meaning to relationships if the child is agreed upon between the couple otherwise, it adds stress to relationships. Children are BIG responsibilities, they need to be cared for continously and when young adults such as teens end up accidentally getting pregnant, it only stunts their emotional/mental development as they themselves need to be cared by responsible adults let alone they caring for a newborn! So take the warning from your Dad...he only means well! He loves you which is why the threat! TRUST ME!

You're only looking at it from the male persective, I thought the girls get blamed, after all they're the whores, right. At least you have the option of lyng and saying its not yours, we're the ones that get stuck with the kid and the stretch marks.

It is funny to think about. My dad always says that...guys have to be resposible for the baby and there actions. Guys have to be the ones to prevent it.

Because, in a daddy's eyes, girls are usually innocent angels. I'm not saying it's true, but most fathers think that way.
