In most cases, eBay items are second-hand, which would make them cheaper, or they are sold by individuals, who don't have to pay for a storefront (rent, utilities, etc). Therefore, it'd cost less to sell it on ebay if you were selling just a few. So, if it costs less to sell, then it'd probably be a little cheaper.

Most anything is cheaper on line than in the store front. Kmart discounts with their "blue line" for example due far less over head for a web site then a building.

they are both about the same price because you have to keep betting on ebay and some people bet alot and if you win the you have to pay that amount and it can be huge
