Its a real player file.
although you can'd download it normally but there is a small trich you can use.

wherever there's the file right click on it and select SAVE AS
open the file thus saved in notepad.
it should give you the actual download location .
use any download manager to download it.( prefer flashget)

.rm files type is for real player. The file type may also be .ram

If you have mozilla Firefox as browser, install this add on ( http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/extensions/videodownloader/videodownloader-1.0-fx.xpi ), close your browser, double click your firfox icon again to restart it you will see an icon on the bottom right corner of your status bar. Then you play any vedio, after that click this icon at the bottom right corner. you should be able to download the video..

it is a real player file, you can only download them with the real player paid for edition, you record it
