Ok, straight up i personally don't. Don't get me wrong, but about 4years ago my mom had 2 strokes and a heart attack. She was in the hospital for about 2 months.the worst part about my mom having her strokes was that i was the last to tell my mom something that she completely understood. And what I told her than is the biggest regret of my life now.Every day i wish i would have told my mom "i love you," instead of "I hate u ,u big meanie."those were the last things i said to my mom that she completely understood. So all i have to say to u now is Cherish every second with you' re uncle as if they were his last few. And don't say something you'll regret later, just let him know u love him....just in case..!!!

I have several elderly people in my family and few of them have had strokes , they are fine but have got few health problems that affected them that was caused from the stroke like nerve damage . I'm sure your Uncle will live as long as he takes care of himself properly but may deal with some side effects like nerve damage . I'm my Prayers .

many ppl survive strokes and are able to return to a "normal" life. It all depends on what areas where affected by the stroke. He may end up with partial paralysis, slurred speech, or difficulty with words, but he could also recover with no apparent side affects.

I have my fingers crossed for your uncle. :) He'll be in my prayers; don't worry much about it. Think on the positive side.
