There are SOOOOO many ways of getting migraines and just as many ways of dealing with them. There's a book written by a wonderful doctor, Oliver Sacks called Migraine. I highly recommend it, it goes into all the different versions and methods of dealing with migraine. For me, my triggers are sinuses, blood sugar, daylight and flourescent lights. Sooo...I don't shop for long periods of time, and I wear dark sunglasses which helps a lot. For me, I can usually cut off a migraine that's starting by taking a couple of ibuprofen and have a cup of coffee. For other folks, coffee is a trigger in itself, or other kinds of food, certain sounds, smells, etc.
Many Blessings,
Lilyth
