You need to get some Chorizo. It's a mexican sausage, with the right spices to make a real breakfast burrito. Scramble some eggs and warm some salsa. You can add cheese if you feel it nessasary to block some flavor. Wrap in a soft tortilla by folding in the right side first, then use the flap in front to roll up.

Take 2 Tbsp. butter, 8 eggs, 1/3 cup milk, 2 oz. PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese and 6 TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Flour Tortillas and mix & match your recipe from these options...

4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped, cooked torn fresh spinach KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 KRAFT 2% Milk Singles, chopped chopped cooked chicken minced garlic
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bologna, chopped frozen mixed vegetable blend, thawed dried herb blend, any variety
4 KRAFT Singles, chopped cooked chorizo chopped onion

Then follow these 3 simple steps:

BEAT eggs, milk and softened cream cheese with wire whisk until well blended; set aside. Melt butter in large skillet on low heat. Add egg mixture; cook until egg mixture begins to set, stirring occasionally.
STIR in add-ins, 1 cup meat or vegetables and 1 tsp. flavoring. Continue cooking until egg mixture is completely set, stirring occasionally.
SPOON 1/2 cup of the egg mixture onto each tortilla. Fold in opposite sides of tortilla, then roll up burrito-style.

BREAKFAST BURRITO

1/2 lb. smoked sausage, cubed
1 med. onion, diced
1 med. bell pepper, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Greek seasoning
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
8 10" flour tortillas

Sauté all ingredients except eggs and cheese on medium high heat for 10 minutes. Add eggs; cook until eggs are done. Wrap in flour tortillas and add cheese.
Fold and top with picante sauce.

8 servings.

There is alot of variations, but basically you start with a tortilla, throw in cooked eggs, finely cut potatos, shreaded chedder cheese, and some kind of meat like bacon, sasuage or fried ham.

1-Scrabble an egg with some diced green onions
2-Warm tortilla for 10 secs. in microwave
3-Grate cheese
4-spread a spoon of refried beans
5-Wrap it up!

generaly just buy any brand of cheap flour tortill,s & scramble eggs with crumbled bacon in it, take the flour tortilla & put over stove burner just to heat it. over the rack, & when warm, put eggs in it, sprinkle with cheese ( optional ) & sour cream & salsa or hot sauce, you may cook green peppers & onions with the scrambled eggs to. thats how i make mine & Fold over tortilla with the egg stuffing & yummy !! enjoy.

Anjelkake- Chorizo is NOT a Mexican sausage! It's spanish, originally from Spain, get it straight!

??? relies upon I make a chirizo, egg, cheese, and grilled onion wrap on sundays ( carry over foodstuff ) and through the week I favor egg, cheese, sausage, grilled onion and Tabasco.

scrambled eggs in a flour totrilla, add as much cheese,salsa,sourcream, etc. as you like.
recently i tried one with black beans and it was pretty decent.
