each person can have a diff. source.
reflux, decay, tongue are some. floss and smell between each tooth to locate poss. areas of decay. brush and scrape the tongue gently daily. rinse with 1 part hydrogen peroxide 3 part water. lastly consider a post nasal drip as the problem.

The answer is rotting meat between your teeth! You do not breath through your stomach people! Do this,eat a big steak and the next morning floss your teeth and smell the floss it reeks!

Teeth and tongue(the inside of your mouth). Probably bacteria caused by something decomposing inside like food, dried saliva, dead gums cells, decayed tooth, etc...
