If you are an adult and don't have problems with health... Try this for about a week or two and you'll see your life has changed: ALWAYS eat some fruit after every meal (principally: grapefruit or papaya -are favourites-, canteloupe or honeydew, a few berries, an apple or a pear, mirabelles... avoid or cut intake of: mango, coconut, banana, pinneapple and try to change the fruit every day), waiting some 10-15 minutes to digest part of the fruit while you prepare a big salad, meat, fish, soup... whatever the ration, never mind (you can eat a two piece of bread with a pound of lean cut of meat or ham or fish). Drink a lot of water all day long (two to three liters if you are big). Try green tea or hibiscus infusion instead of coffee -yes, you can drink coffee but avoid the sugar-, if you like it. If you like to drink coffee, no sugar, please and it's do not count in the two or three liters of plain water... anything else is ok. Avoid or sensible cut intake of: sugar (avoid all regular sodas and the like), grains (rice, pasta, breads, beans, lentils, garbanzo, and the like, cut the ration or quite at begining), avoid heavy alcohol drink (a glass of red wine is ok a day or two a week). Every day: Try a spoon or two of extra virgin olive oil (never fry!) in lunch with tomatoes, the meat -I prefer white meats- or the soup or the salad. No problem with eggs... you can eat them almost every day. Well, try this one or two weeks and you'll tell me. And yes, you will not have any heartburn, gases and all that stomach struggles.

Chicken Broth w/ tiny salad portions...Both with lemon because it cuts the fat and burns it.....Trust me that'll shock your body. I lost 10 pounds in like a month eating like that, and was never hungry in between.
