You need to talk to a lawyer familiar with TN laws. Nothing anyone here says is valid legal advice and your situation demands the attention of a qualified attorney. The time limits for worker's comp claims varies from state to state. The fact that you've already had treatment for the injury may come into play in your case but only a TN attorney can review your case and advise your properly.
