It's the little things they do. In the way they look at you, smile, laugh, or even talk. They are probably telling you over and over in their head that they feel the same but they just have a hard time getting it out of their head. So it's in the small things that they do.

You can't always know at first. The best thing to do is to remember that actions speak louder than words. This means it's so easy to say "I love you" and "I think about you all the time".
If he really feels love for you, he follows up his words with actions by showing you he remembers you and loves you. This would be in the form of an action he takes to prove his love: like flowers, remembering your birthday, remembering to call you when he says he will etc. I would be looking for these things over time. Some are real good liars and can even make it feel right. You have to be able to risk it when it feels right. I don't know anyone who wasn't hurt real badly by another at some point.That part is not fun. No one really understands what brings people together, let alone what keeps them together. Those who say they do may have some of it, but it is one giant question mark.

You cant really tell bc u can think oh they seem so sincere and then they are really the evil as can be. You cant judge for yourself all you can do is hope everything they say is the truth and keep your eyes open for any signs that may come across

Are you with him or you just like him? If you are together, then you can realise it from his behaviour...ex.if he's nice and sweet with you...if he does you favours...do you get it? Give more attention to little things and you'll see if he does love you...
