Neither one will ever have control of the Middle East. The Middle East is a large place--extending from the Westernmost point on the northern coast of Africa all the way to Iran. Of these almost 20 countries, Israel is one of the smallest. No matter *what* happens there, control of the Middle East will always be in someone else's hands...
As for who will have control of the current land of Israel, it's harder to say. Israel has, in recent years, repeatedly offered land to the Palestinians to create their own country. So far, all such offers have been refused, despite the Arabs' (even before there was a Palestinian people) calls for such a country, because it didn't include *all* of Israel. Hopefully, they will wake up and decide that a country is more important than eliminating Israel and both countries can live side by side.

Arabs already control vast lands in the middle east, equal in size to about 1.5 USA's and much of it covering seas of liquid black gold.
The few million Jews of Israel just want to live peacefully on their tiny strip of land, about the size of Delaware, without much in the way of natural resources.

"Control the middle east"?!!! For God's sake, we are here to live as human beings, not as animals that fight for control of this land or that.
When we die, we are going to be put in some grave somewhere, and it would not make any difference where that grave is, because if you believe in God, then your soul shall go to God regardless where you are buried, and if you don't believe in God, then it does not matter to you where you are buried. So, why we are fighting so much about things that we are going to leave behind?!!

The middle east is a lot lot bigger than the jews or palestinians.
as for control of israel, maybe divide it in half.
