Yes. Religion is an organized system of belief in the divine. In the context of religion, faith is the belief in such a system.

Well, Religion is something some people have faith in. The people that head up religious groups find followers that will throw their Faith into their religion. Real faith though is within one's self. If you do not have faith in yourself (which is all that matters) you can not move on. Religion serves up false idols (which the Bible states are not Godly). It's not a thin line. The Bible states you must have faith in yourself and trust only God. Religion sprouted as a way for scammers to make money off of people's fear of an eternity in Hell. As the Bible states, God made Man (and woman) in his own image, therefore the only thing we must have Faith in is our selves and our belief in God. To me the difference between Religion and Faith is: Religion= man-made belief, Faith= man's inherent truth.

Yes. And neither has to do with the other.
You can have religion without faith and have faith without religion.
Religion is a political term to quantify and qualify a group of people or an idealism.
Faith is having the belief there is something more than self.
Religion requires a group of people. Religion with only one person is only a way of lifestyle. Such as someone that religiously exercises daily. Don't need faith to follow routine, just a sense of accomplishment.
Faith only requires yourself. Though it is nice to share faith with others that are similar minded.

The terms are often used interchangeably. Religion is often considered the organized group of persons who may attend a common church, such as Baptist, Catholic etc. Persons may also ask "What Faith are you?". That would imply, what religion are you or what church to you attend.
Faith, Definition number two would be your strong belief in a particular subject. It could be pertaining to religion or something else. Do you have faith that your car can drive that far? Faith, as compared to belief would be that Faith is a belief that motivates action. The suicide bomber had faith in the teachings of Islam. It prompted him to act. Islam is the religion, and the Faith, the strong belief, is that which prompted the action.

Faith is the belief in something or someone with trust and loyalty with strong conviction. Religion is an organized belief system based on faith that glorifies a higher reality. A human's transformation to ultimacy against the problems humans precieve in life.

Religion is an organized faction that tries to control and mold mind's to one way of thinking. Religion divides and alienates people from each other. Faith is something all your own.

You can have faith in the teachings of your religion, meaning you believe it without proof.
Religion is the explanation for things you can't prove, a teaching of how to live a moral life, and often a set of rituals.
