Life is what you make it. Life was never promised to have happiness all the time. One must reach down in side of themselves and be who you were meant to be. People of all walks of life ask that question time and time again, and yet still con-fussed of their own identity, So my friend pick up your boot straps and hold your head up high, then you will see that love, life, is not all that bad when you find within yourself that only you must love your self before you can love others. However, only then will you be able to control any love lose or time span.

The lost of a love one is a tragedy for many of us but believe me , time is the best medicine. You will not forget but the pain is a little less as time goes by....and then, one day you will think of your lost love with a small tear in your eye and a smile on your face...remembering all the good things about him/her...the sound of the voice, the
smile, certain gesture....YOU WILL NEVER FORGET but the memory will become sweet memory...and you will smile again...and you will be happy again and i wish you this will happens soon.

It is really so depressing to lose someone you love for whaever reason. It really will take time to heal a broken heart and so much pain too. But you have no other choice but to buy time for you to heal emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. What you can do is to make yourself busy with other things that may interest you. Divert your interest and time to those things and doing them may prove to be helpful to you even to some extent.
You will not do yourself a favor if you will deprive yourself of other forms of happiness because of that loss. You may even harm yourself in terms of your health when you give in to depression and tension.
Help yourself. Love yourself. And better tomorrows will come your way.

You loved them so you never really lost anything of all... Somedays I wish that the person that I loved never existed so that I could of been spared the pain.....but the lose taught me so much about myself and there is no time limit... You want to be happy or you wouldn't have wrote this. So grief and prayer.... it will all be ok.

Life is what you make of it. Don't grieve the loss, celebrate the life that was lived. Accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative. Don't sweat the small things in life for it is to short. Don't worry, Be happy!!! Smile and the whole world smiles with you. What would they want you to do?? Sorry to hear about your loss.

Anytime you lose someone you love it hurts. It takes a while (seems like forever at the time) but you do get over the initial pain. Your love for them will keep the memory of them in your heart forever. You will think of them at times and miss them.
You may still feel that empty spot they once filled. But time DOES heal.
You know, there is someone that can comfort you and fill that empty void and ease the pain of loss. It's JESUS CHRIST.
You can talk to Him just like you talk to anyone. Doesn't have to be a fancy prayer, or memorized one.
JUST TALK TO HIM. He knows your need before you ask.
He wants to help you. He just wants you to come to Him and ASK. Jesus can fill that void and put peace in your heart and mind. JUST ASK HIM!
GOD BLESS YOU,
BE HAPPY IN JESUS !!!!
You'll be in my prayers

When the world turns its back on you - slap a stickynote on it's back. Watch comedy central or go to a comedy club - trust me - you'll feel much better. Either that or tune into some Jerry Springer - one episode of that will make your life seem sooo much better. That is unless you say your life sucks b/c you were just on that show..... then my apologies and stick to comedy central.

i spent YEARS in therapy trying to figure out this VERY question... i spent thousands of dollars and the best i could ever really get out of all of that was, YOU control your own happiness. YOU decide when every situation arises how to handle it... and how long to hang on to it, and when to let it go and re-focus. my life seems to always be spinning out of control and it's my job to manage and set MY LIFE back on track... you CAN NOT change anyone, other than YOURSELF. so, in every given situation when i feel myself losing control of my life, i STOP everything i'm doing and decide WHAT I am going to do to make things better FOR MYSELF. I HOPE that this helps... but if you just can't seem to make that work, seek help. it's good to have someone to talk to that can help you see what positive attribultes you have to offer.

It sounds like you lost a family member. Take your time to grieve. It can be a month for some and still for some it's like yesterday it happened. So sorry for your loss, my deepest sympathies.
