Think about how YOU would want to be flirted with. Just be open and friendly, don't play games or try and be something you are not. Your only 13... so too much sexual inneuendo involved with your attempts to flirt is a really bad idea. Shalom.

The easiest way to flirt is to him them a sexy smile and ask them something or compliment them on their shirt or jeans or something. I used to flirt all the time by saying stuff like "hey kool shirt i bet its real expensive" then flash them a smile
