Chocolate chip pound cake, i use a dark chocolate cake mix(duncan hines), 4 eggs, 1 1/4 cups water, pkg. of (jello )chocolate instant pudding mix , 1 cup chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of oil. mix all together in bowl, pour into an angel food cake pan and bake at *375 for one hour. let cool in pan for 10 minutes or so and then turn out onto a cake plate and let cool again. spread with (duncan hines) dark chocolate icing. serve cold. yummy!!!

How about those Little Debbie chocolate cupcakes with that white frosting swirly line on them? Mmmmm.... geesh, I might have to go to the store now.
Actually ever tried Sam's Club or Walmart's chocolate cake with chocolate buttercreme frosting? Mmmmmmmm. good!

Coke cake....yum! Moist and delicious! If you havn't tried it you are missing out. AND, if you eat cake you must have ice-cream. I think is a law or something...yes thats it...a law!!!!
2 cup Sugar
2 cup Flour
½ cup Butter
½ cup Oil
3 tbl Cocoa
1 cup COKE
½ cup Buttermilk
1 tsp Baking soda
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup of mini marshmallows
Sift together sugar and flour.
Mix in sauce pan: butter, oil, cocoa and COKE .
Bring just to a boil and pour over dry mixture.
Add; buttermilk, baking soda added to the milk, eggs and vanilla.
Mix until all is moistened and smooth.
Mix in marshmallows.
Bake at 350° in a 9 x 13 pan for about 20 to 25 minutes or till cake tests done.
ICING:
½ cup Butter
3 tbl Cocoa
6 tbl COKE
1 tsp Vanilla
1 box Powdered Sugar
1 cup Broken Nuts
Mix in saucepan and bring just to a boil; butter, cocoa and COKE .
Remove from heat and add; vanilla, powdered sugar, and broken up nuts.
Mix and beat well and spread over hot cake.

Red velvet cake. Not only does it look good (the contrast between the white frosting and the red blood bread cake)....but tastes good. With a nice cold glass of milk.
