Having 250 middle schoolers 250 high schoolers and 500 college students. And having 4 middle schoolers in each room. 4 high schoolers in a quater house. 4 college students in half house.

It depends on where you were to build it, since land prices, labor, and even materials may differ in cost. Say you built this boarding house in rural Georgia and wanted 100 acres. Land price could be from $10,000 to $1 million, you'd need 63 rooms for the middle schoolers, 63 quarter houses for the high schoolers and 63 half houses for the college students. Figure at least $10,000 per room and $50,000 per house. That's $630,000 plus $6.4 million; say a total of $7 mil. Of course, that's prior to educational facilities and instructors, insurance, etc, etc. I'd say a reasonable guesstimate would be $10 million to start and $4 mil annual budget for teachers, utilities, supplies, food. This would be a minimum in the U.S.
