I can't find anything with anything near that spelling. But you can certainly try here:

Errm, closest I can guess is it's nai cha (in chinese) or lai tsa would be a rough cantonese approximation of the same thing?

If thats the case it's just tea with milk. You can use tea leaves or tea bags, add lots of condensed milk and thats it.
