30 different characters contributed to the bible over a period of around 30 years. Then it was edited countless times by other characters. Then rewritten a few times to be "clearer on certain subjects.".
By the time we got the modern version, there were no original copies left to check the authenticity and accurateness of the text.

Let me explain something. It doesn't. But if things seem weird when you are reading anyway, think of this route of languages the Bible has been translated:
All of the Old Testament was written in Hebrew.
All of the New Testament was written in Greek.
Then into Latin
Anglo-Saxon (the original English - nothing like today)
Back into Latin
Now German
Now into Middle English (still nothing like todays English)
Finally into English
It has been translated into 300 different languages also. And on that timeline, I know I am missing a few.
A lot changes in terms of word meaning since those times. Also in context. We don't understand as well because we don't know the times either.

The Bible does not contradict itself at all. Careful study, my friend. You need to look at context and reason behind the writing...to whom it was written in that day and why. Some is literal, some figurative, some poetic, some historical, etc. The Bible contains no errors and is the perfect revelation from God.

It doesn't. First of all, you're probably reading some crap like the KJV which isn't really the bible in the first place. Second of all, it was written by intelligent men whom most of us could never understand fully. Thirdly, the English language has greatly changed and some words don't mean the same thing as they do today (think of slang like "cool" and "f*ggot - a bundle of sticks"). Reading the Bible is not a prerequisite to getting into Heaven. In fact, St. Peter warned people against reading St. Paul's letters and interpreting them themselves because he was so intelligent most people don't understand what he's saying.

The bible would not contradict itself.. a reader will locate contradictions if he would not comprehend the context in the back of what's written in it... the indisputable fact that money is the muse of all evil issues would not recommend money is evil.. money may well be used to do all evil issues.. The "root" isn't evil however the "use"

Well, I can't hold much of an opinion until you give some examples of what those contradictions are. You may be much more knowledgeable about the Bible than I am. Would you mind asking another question and be more specific this time, please?

Actually, while there were a wide variety of authors, there =was= an editor -- the Redactor -- who did an amazing job of editing, when you realize what the challenges were!
The first reference is a very readable study of how the books were edited. The second is the first five books (known in Judaism as the Torah), with each author's work in a different typeface and color.
Amazing!

The Bible DOES NOT contradict its self. Study the Bible after asking God for discernment of its contents. Don't rely on the doubters, scoffers, and unbelievers that point out what they believe are contradictions, merely by what they see on the surface or what they have heard from their mutually uninformed friends. God bless.

you never said what parts you are talking about being a contradiction. ???????
But I can tell you there are no contradictions in the Bible, if you are truly thinking they are some, try studying the chapter in whole. it makes better sense than picking a few here and a few there.
as far as there being no editor.. God was the editor and used men's hands to write what you are reading. so I guess you can say he is writer and editor!

It actually doesn't. When you read the whole chapter to get the context that its speaking of you will get a better picture. Never just take one scripture out and read it, read what is before and after the scripture. Read the old testament and don't get it confused with the new, because some things changed after Jesus came to the earth.
