hash browns but im real mean with the creamsauces and onions the vidalias call for a white sauce and onions or au gratin but a famous way was this roll the parboiled potatao wedges or quarters in butter then seasoned bread crumbs then place on a sheet pan and bake about half an hour before dinner like while the main course is made then the french baked potates are ready and they are real good

I like to mash them with butter, sour cream and green onions cut up and season with salt and pepper. Yum!
Another way is to cut up potatoes into cubes and toss with some margarine and season with salt, freshly ground pepper and lots of rosemary and roast in the oven until crispy. Also yummy!
Here's one more. Cut up into medium size cubes and cut up a cooking onion into slivers. Put into a casserole bowl. Top with margarine freshly ground pepper and Lawry's Seasoned salt. Cover with a lid or foil and bake in the oven. Stir up and add more pepper and seasoned salt about 20 -25 minutes into baking at about 375 and then bake until tender. A family favourite.

I like my potato's twice baked. It is when you boil the potato's like when making mashed potato's, and then take out the inside. You mixed the inside with sour cream and cheese, and mash it. Then you take the mixed mashed potatos, and put them back into the outside of the potato. You then put cheese on top, and bake it!
Mmmmmmm Delisious!

Depends. I love mashed potatoes if cooked right. I'm serious about this. I've had some horrible mashed potatoes..
I like homemade fries as well.
I like potato soup too.

Cut into large cubes with the skin on, then oven roasted until golden brown in extra virgin olive oil with fresh ground black pepper, and with a little garlic and fresh rosemary added in the last 15 minutes. Terrific flavor, and also very healthy!

Any way you can cook them. My favorite is fried and I don't mean french fries. Sliced thin, fried in an iron skillet. Baked Potato Soup is pretty great too.
