no, your question is not crazy. often people mistake ethnicity with nationality. your dad is from Panama - that's his nationality, not his race. your mom is Black, but where is she from? that should give you some idea of your origins, but what you really are - is LOVED!

well, since black is not a country, and if you were born in panama, then you are probably a Panamanian. I almost was born there, but my parents came to the united states of America, so I am an American.

It means you have dual citizenship with Panama and the US. Your mother could be purple polka dots and it wouldn't make any difference. Race has nothing to do with nationality.
