i notice if he is seeing me or not and then may be notice his bodylanguage and personality{eyes,voice,smile}

The first thing I see is obviously the appearance. Before even speaking with a man, I notice the eyes, the lips, and the overall build. After speaking with them, their looks don't even matter to me, because its the way they come across that makes them better or worse looking. Personality and humor are the key things!

It always catches my attention if a guy has a smile that goes all the way to a his eyes. If he smiles with his mouth only, then I'm not interested.
